Complaint Management System - C++ Project

    Hello, My Name Is Parimal Tank. I have develop "Complaint Management System" Project under C++ Language. It is my first Software Group Project which is develop with my friend and classmate Darshan. In this blog you can see that how my project is work and what types of features available.



Introduction :

         The Complaint Management system is project for concentrate  on the issues for different system. This project will help for less the communication cost between the admin and user which provide the efficient service. Complaint Management System is help for the solving the problems which is faced by the public with saving time and without corruption. Complaint Management System work for many different system and organization which is define below :


*  People of different economic classes

*  Different ages and religions Specially for contract workers and          immigrant workers Health care

*  Schools and colleges

*  In political organizations

*  In the military and in many specialized occupations.


Complaint Management System is work on three module.

     [2]  Administrator

     [3]  Dashboard

Objective :

The Objective of Complaint Management System :

- Easy to communicate 

- Flexible according to changes 

- Controlling redundancy 

- Less time for the user and administrator 

Dashboard provide effective performance of any organization or system

- Dashboard identify and target the problem and monitoring with statistics


Why we choose ?

The main purpose of this Complaint Management system is focus on the issues for different internal system. This project will help for reduces the communication cost between the staffs and to provide the efficient service. This system which could enhance the day to day activities with efficiency and correctness. Complaint Management System could help for the way of solving the problems faced by the public by saving time and without corruption. Complaint Management System work for many different national groups, for people of different socio-economic classes, different ages and religions, and especially for contract workers and immigrant workers, health care, in faith-based organizations, in schools, in political organizations, in the military and in many specialized occupations.





Analysis :

In this system the people must have to visit any office where there system is exist. User can fill their complaints but can’t view the details of the complaints and some other services. This system doesn’t have much popularity and is not user friendly.

Problem in Existing System

*     In this system no registration facility is provided and can post the problems directly.

*     Admin has must installed this system in their existing system and open it continuously without falling closed system.

*     Can’t get the information regarding funds allotted to the problem and other basic information and also use can’t .

*     Fake and useless complaints can fill by user and no possibility to verify the problem so this is most effective problem.

*     A user can’t give a feedback and review for solving the problem in system with better way.

*     No more privacy for complaint details because of the complaint number is very simple.

*     User can’t contact directly with this system to Admin and also user can not get timeline about that their problem.


Features : 

Complaint Management System provides different features. Some features are available for user and some for administrator. All types of features are define as below.

-  The Dashboard is the best features of this Project. Dashboard show simple statistics about the all over performance of any organization or company. The Dashboard show the solved complaint , pending complaint , complaint in progress statistics and also show total complaint. Also there is one more column which show the performance of each status which means admin and user both can analysis there work effect and speed.
